I need to get a brake cable that's 7ft long for mechanical brakes
but can't find anyplace where I can get such an animal. Any ideas?

Ya, these apes are plenty tall. When I get pulled over by the fuzz, they don't
have to tell me to reach for the sky, I already am!

When I was a kid, we would leave the 'apes' a tiny bit loose. So if we saw the
'Fuzz" we would yank them back & down. Avoiding a ticket, most of the
times.. ;D

I already do that! I'm about two inches over the limit if it's all the way up
where I like it. When I get pulled over, I just give it a quick yank to bring
the handles down to where they need to be. But of course, they find something
else to tag me on. Hmphs!

so what sort of things do the REVENUE NAZIS suck the life energy(money) from
you about.
did you know that in wa state that they have 48 hrs to file the ticket with the
court, and being as the court system is under staffed and OVER BOOKED they usually
cant file them in time. A WIN FOR US. it works try it some time. but stand your
ground as the judges can try and power check you...but you have the law in your
hand that you are reading from..... there own laws they try and grill us with.
and they hate this

When I was a kid up in Penna. the FUZZ loved to try to put their night-sticks
up the tail pipes to see if we had baffles or open pipes. It was then I started
w/bolts to block the sticks & beat tickets.
Later I learned of it's advantages (on the dyno) w/right size & location.

Now down south Fla. "Drags are everywhere" no problem..

Mbskeam! That's how I get out of all my tickets. You get 15 days to turn your
ticket into the courts, but the police officer gets 48 hours to turn his in.
This is how lawyers get you out. Like ya said, they don't have much time to do
all their reports. I'll call the courthouse about 5 days after the ticket to
find out when the officer posted the ticket. It's always after 48 hours then
contest the ticket, go before the judge, show him the printout of the law that
states he must post the infraction to the courts within 48 hours. I literally
get out of 3 to 5 tickets a year just by doing this. Mostly it's for an illegal
helmet and a little speeding on the freeway. Often it's for other stupid stuff.

ILLEGAL helmet .......
a few things, do you have your bike with the old plates?
if you do then guess what...
YOU DONT HAVE TO WEAR A HELMET,
so the non dot helmet is a moot point. (loop hole from running the old plates)
and as you know the helmet law it only says......
hard outer, soft inner, chin strap and DOT sticker on it.
need a sticker?
