My'48 chopper needs a new back tire. I'm looking at a Metzler 880. 130X90X16 to go with my Metzler front tire. It says "reinforced" I guess for use as a rear tire. The side walls seem very stiff compared to my old tire and I'm concerned about the ride (ridged frame) but maybe it will just take less air pressure ? any thoughts?

This is my first season on a Continental K112....and I am sold....it is an amazing tire for a rigid....took some pretty harsh turns this summer going through the hills here in WV and never let me down.....it's amazing how much time you can make up in turns when you trust your tire not to break........Skip
