Does anyone have any experience with the DURO HF302B tires being offered on E-bay and
other online stores for vintage bikes? I checked the KB for tire articles, a lot of you use the
Avon SM & SMII. I've heard those might have a bit of low speed wobble used on the front end?
I want a vintage tread design, safe for highway speeds & decent wear.

I don't know about the Duro tyres, but I use Avon SM Mk 2 on my pan. There is a slight slow speed front end shimmy with the Avons, but it is not a problem if you keep at least one hand on the bars. Even a light grip will keep it under control. The Avons perform well, give good mileage and look the part. They are also a good price. And they are British, by Jove!
