Anyone have a good source for star hub cork washers?

Diluted1!

I prefer JAMES, which are available from most vendors.
They fit quite tightly, so you will want to pre-assemble without them to assure all clearances and endplay, and then use a simple screwpress to push the brake-side cork deep enough to re-install the retainer.

Ditto on ITW. You'll notice he sells only James gaskets and corks. It's important to use a quality paper gasket for the 'star' cover, as well.
I will say, however, that I get the roller bearings from Chuck at Kick-Start; they are Torrington, and Chuck puts more of them in a bag for less money.
