any tips on removing and installing cam and case bushings on a 45, i know about line reaming [the reamers are crazy expensive] any knowledge from the experienced folks on the forum would be great help to me and others doing this for the first time.thanx

You need a puller to remove old bushings from cam cover, crankcase bushings can be pressed out if cases are split.
Check new bushings fit on camshaft before pressing in, sometimes you need to remove .001 or so with adjustable reamer.

Two things to keep in mind. The dowel pins that retain the bushings, and alignment, which is not just straight line reaming. There is a lot of info in old posts in the Knowledge Base, and good factory tips and procedures in the Documentation section in the service manuals.
