1946 dash base wiring ?

#1

Post by dcmc » Sat Feb 09, 2019 10:56 pm

Rebuilding a dash base for my 46 FL project.
I looked in the KB but found nothing. Looking for the correct wire colors of the two wires that are soldered to hollow rivets at the left
upper indicator terminal, and also at the speedometer light switch.
Thank you

Thank you 'Panhead'
After reading, under connections I see the wires are black.
I looked at those diagrams but since the switch is not shown I just moved on, guess I should have read the text and not just looked at the diagram.
Thanks again

yes wires up from the bottom , then before you put the dash cover back on bend those ring terminals down away from contacting the dash cover to avoid a short .
