BUYING - Harley T-Shirts 50's-80's ANY condition

Buying old Harley Davidson or other motorcycle t-shirts from the 50's-80's. I don't care what condition they are in, holes, stains, vulgarity, etc.. I've talked to tons of old shop owners who burned their shirts when they didn't want them and lots of relatives who just threw Grandpas old shirts away when he died.

After reading through some older posts I know a lot of guys have t-shirts so I thought I would check. If any of you want some $$ for your old ones get in touch. Added some examples below.

At one time I had over 100 HD shirts. It was a tradition with me and my riding partner to get a shirt from every HD shop we stopped at. And we usually stopped just for a shirt.
I gave a lot of those shirts to my son, but I probably have a few left. Before I get too interested, I'd like to know-- how much $$$ are you talking about for the shirts?
If it's only a few bucks, they can stay in the closet.

No, not a couple bucks. Just depends on how old they are and what designs, but I don't nickle and dime people. I know the shirts are old and don't try and get them for $2 or anything like that. Give me a call and i'd be happy to talk to you more about it and see what you have. 760-518-8205

I got a rare one for 'ya! It's from "Road & Racer" HD in Warwick, RI. They bought the "Arnold" dealership from Providence, RI when old Mr. Arnold died, about 1981? Then sold bikes for a couple years, then closed and scammed everybody about 1984? Took deposits, sold bikes they had that the factory still owned most of, had new crates in the back with cinder blocks to show the factory guy when he came by. One day they left town for parts unknown, factory was looking for them.

Anyway, I got a tee-shirt from them, on the front.......Harley Davidson forever!!

Very true, I check on those places as well. I've found that connecting directly with the bikers and shop owners personally has worked the best. A lot of the shirts I collect never make it to the computer since most people think they are too used and get thrown out. I try and get to people before they weed out what they think is good. One mans trash.... It's also a bit cooler to buy from people first hand and hear the stories etc. like on forums and phone calls.
