No, that's EL. "150" identifies all early flywheels, IIRC "353" is first use 1935 (for 1936 model year) and the 4th flywheel. Others are 150-35 & 351 1935-36 VLH 80", 150-352 & 353 1936-39 EL (left & right?). 1940-52 OHV begins 150-40.
The crankpin lock retaining screw position is the "tell": if it's outboard of the pin hole (as shown) it's 3.500" stroke. The shaft and pin holes are 1.75" apart on center.
The FL is alongside the pin hole (3 or 9 o'clock). 3.96875" stroke. The shaft and pin holes are 1.984375" apart on center.
UL is also alongside the pin hole (3 or 9 o'clock). 4.28125" stroke, 150-372, -374. The shaft and pin holes are 2.140625" apart on center.

You could use a 74" right wheel, except:
1. no timing mark
2. it weighs about 4 lbs. less due to the huge inertia mass missing, which significantly improves throttle response (but reduces idle quality, ratchets a bit at walking pace, and makes starting slightly more difficult)

The wheel I need has a 1 1/4 inch crank pin taper, and cast # 150-403
Thanks, Bob
