Is there any where I can see all the frame thread sizes on 1963 swing arm frame?

No chart that I am aware of. What do you need to know? Here are some off the top of my head.
foot control tabs are 3/8-16
dash is 5/16-18
oil tank front is 5/16-24
oil tank to swingarm is 5/16-24
swingarm to frame is 5/8-18
chain adjusters are 3/8-24
rear transmission bolts are 3/8-24
coil blocks are 3/8-24
seat tee tab 5/16-24
advance cable tab 10-32
tool box mounts are 5/16-24

I had frame painted and was going to run taps through all the holes. I have looked all over for that info. Thank you.

Make sure to run a thread chaser, not a tap. There is a difference between the two, and you can buy them at specialty tool places. A tap may very well remove material unnecessarily then you're stuck with a boogered hole.

Excellent advice, I was going to say the same thing.
I picked up a nice set several years ago from Mac Tools; they cover the most popular sizes and have 'male and female'. (Instead of saying 'tap' and 'die'.)

Just got my thread chasers, thanks for the advice. Would you know the the length of bolts in motor mounts & trans mount?
