Wheeler, if you could find one.....you'd probably have to have it rebuilt anyway. A (10-1997) complete, 74", 1958 OE spigot exhaust style, S&S crankcased, Taiwan cylindered, Pan motor w/o carburetor (the only '58 Pan motor currently price-listed with V-Twin) retails for $5583.33 and about $1.000. less dealer priced. You can buy a new and complete H-D Sportster? Hugger? for what??...8-9K? Replicating gets real close to being the most expensive motorcycle in the world. You'd never get back what you put into it, if you had to sell it. My opinion only. On the brighter side, the (10-2016) '55-61 motor is pictured, but not priced, in the '04 catalog. It uses China cases and has a cast iron oil pump. Based on the fact that it's an in-house generated product, I'd say the retail price might be less.

A lot of factors to consider, year, all matching and so forth but if you can find one anywhere from 3K to 7K. Again depending on year and its desire and correctness. Most Knucks on ebay sell for over 7K.
