Trailer hitch for the 51 pan

#1

Does anyone make a hitch for a rigid pan?
Has anyone made their own for a stock rigid pan?
I figure that since the bikes can haul 500 lbs of hack and passenger, It can handle a trailer.

Don't know how I got logged out---The Hitch post was me.
Surely someone knows. Come on Cotton, I know you have probably pulled tandems behind a rigid.

Looks like I have hit on a subject that no one knows anything about. Thanks anyway. I'll keep looking.

Here is something I found on the internet. No detailed pictures, but gives you a idea. It is on a 48 pan.

This is a trailer hitch I made out of angle iron for going to weekend rallies. It bolts behind the axle, and chains run to the sissy bar to take the tongue weight. I made the trailer out of a Sears cartop carrier. It carries 2 coolers, 2 sleeping bags, a tent, air matteress and pump, coleman lantern, 2 folding chairs, radio etc

Thanks Jarhead,
I saw that one. So far, that is the only one I have spotted.
I don't have anything to hang off of other than my fender for that type hitch. Not a good idea I don't think.
I am thinking more in the line of mounting to the stand mounts, the crash bar mounts, and the side car mounts. Just wondering how much abuse the stand mounts will take.
