It gets a little technical here some times. I thought this might liven things up a little! Just don't let the kids see.

FlatHeadSix. Those bobby sox are sexy, also. That megaphone exhaust had to be state of the art high performance back then. With the real gas that was sold then I bet that Knuckle ran like a bat out of hell!

It doesn't have to be an H-D to arouse me!

It looks like "Chummy" seats weren't invented just for carrying passengers, some riders could use the whole seat all by themselves.

Never mind the 'babe',

Check out the two-tone wrap on the mirror and cable!
That's class!

When I was a youngster my father had a megaphone on his 39U. I thought all motorcycles sounded like that. Now that I have a 39UL I'd like too find one. CAN SOMEONE POINT ME IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION?

Waggs!

I think an exhaust like in the first photo would have to be a "roll your own" project. Even add-on "echo cans" have all been scarfed up from Dixie, the premiere source.

Meanwhile, just to bring this thread back into good taste, attached is a photo widely circulated on the web from which I have reduced some distracting shadows.
