It looks like the FHP site is gone. It was a great clubhouse. 8)

I agree. Really enjoyed my short tenure there. I split my time almost equally between it and the sister site to this Panhead forum. I drifted in and out of several forums. Reading, but never participating. Then, in early Fall of 2003, I joined all of the ones that I considered worth participating in. That one will be sorely missed. But, these are here, and already active. And, known by most of the FHP forum members. Time will tell, as to whether they make the migration. The admin of these sites needs to send out a few emails to those members. I'm sure they know that they are welcome. But, people like an invite, just the same.

At this moment FHP is up and running again. But everybody is welcome here.
Jack, I would like to send emails if FHP would really be gone, but getting the email addresses is quite a task.

That was me, on the last post. For some reason, I was logged out.

Actually, only a few, well placed, emails will get the invite out. I downloaded the entire FHP memberlist, and Zipped it. And, it's still right at 4 meg in size, in it's Zipped format. Emails only need to be sent to the most active. But, as you stated, the FHP forum is back up and running. Who knows why it went down. Server problems, most likely.

Yep... it's like that thrill ride (Acid Drop) at Magic Mountain. The one where 25 people are loaded onto a platform that rises up about 100' off the ground and then released, and the platform falls a great distance at an uncontrolled speed before slowing down. But, something happens to the "drop release" mechanism up there. Everybody is hung up at the top, expecting a release and it doesn't happen. It's going to happen....but no one knows exactly when....which creates more angst. Glad they're back :!:

It's just a shame that the founder of FHP & friend is no longer a part of what he started.

Yet they leave his name up... That sucks..

Agreed- Anders is back in Sweden, & no longer apart of FHP (His creation)
in any way. Can't even use the name..Or any of the parts he developed with his Dad.. (time will tell) when more will be able to be revealed,
as to what really happened..
