I picked up one of Taiwan Teds brake rods and no way are the bends correct. Anyone have a drawing or a good rod that could give me the measurements?

Sorry, in my frustration I guess I wasn't very clear.
The brake rod for the back brake that connects to the brake pedal,
42326-37 foot pedal brake rod (front)

Thanks

Kickit

My usual go-to for such parts is NOS Parts but they do not appear to carry the rod. J&P cycles has it at $16.99 in chrome (certain to be Taiwan) and parkerized $21.99 (maybe US). They also carry the clevises if you need them. I would call first (1-800-397-4844) to find out who's their supplier so you don't get stuck again.

Good Luck

King

Kickit, another possible source is Dennis Corsco Co in Ohio. The web address is denniscorso.com. The have it liste on page 3 of the rod section. The part number is 4073-37 (xref same as yours... 42326-37). Parkerized is 15/ chrome is 18.

The advertize saying all their parts are American made.

Thanks Guys, the one I have that made me make this post was from J&P/ Taiwan Ted. I can make one if I can get the dimensions from a stock rod, all I would need is a tracing or a drawing with some good measurements. There has to be a stock rod somewhere. :)
