I removed the fuel line from the left fuel tank but not sure how to remove the gas tank shut off knob.
It might be just stuck on , but I don't want to pry it It is the knob the red arrow is pointing to.
Can someone advise me on how it comes off.
Neil

It locates on two flats on the shut off rod.Once the centre screw is out it should pull off.
If you pull it up to the reserve position,you'll be able to get behind it as it will be away from the tank.
I don't know if you have them over there,but there's a small puller for getting windscreen wiper arms off,it's ideal for that job.

Neil!

It appears that you have the knob and shaft removed;
Only the screw-on cap for the seal remains.

The threads are very fine, so corrosion may make it hard to un-screw.
Beneath it you will find a spring, washer, and a cork seal.
