Hello:

Do these attach with screws or adhesive?
Is the attach point surface common to the Fuel Tank "Concave" or flat?

They are held on by two screws. I'm not sure what you mean by the second part of the question. Could you rephrase the question? Or, if you want, I could probably take a picture of mine and e-mail it to you.

The 2nd part of the question is if the Fuel tank surface behind the 1965 Badge Emblem is recessed or not.

The area is not recessed. The emblem sits on the surface of the tank rather than being flush with it.

I sent you a couple pictures of the emblem installed and a couple with it removed to show you what it looks like underneath. I hope they help.
