3.5 gal or 5 gal dimensions

anyone have dimensions for a 65 5 gal tank, meaning length, width etc, and the same for a 3.5 gal need to know if a tank I'm looking to buy is 3.5 gal or 5 gal. only have pictures and sides of tank where emblems mount have been filled. hard to tell from photo's which it is

Fill em up with a measured amount of liquid. That'll take the guess work out of it....bosheff

There was no emblem indentationon those years only a metal strip that was sweated to the tank with a hole at each end for fastening the emblem.. as for the tank measurements I could have a 3.5 gal for you thisafternoon but I think I got rid of my 5gal set.

one more thing the filling method is ok for something new but over the years a few dents and dings covered up with bondo can reduce the volume held drastically, buyer beware !

that's what I had the seller do. he said one side held over two gallons of liquid. just wanted to be sure as I can't return once I buy them.
just thought there would be a second way of being sure
