Sorry I meant 1965 frame horse shoe oil tank is there such a thing?

Only custom stuff, nothing ever built by H-D. They tend to be wide and odd in order to get a 12V battery in them with enough oomph to run the electric start. And using one designed for '64 and earlier frames leaves a big gap at the top.
