Model 58 generator oil slinger

#1

Post by mogman » Sun Feb 24, 2008 6:22 am

The oil slinger on my generator is too large to make it possible to remove the gen. without removing the cam cover, then the nut and slinger( at least I have not been able to). Does it really need to be this large in dia.??? I did a search and did not find any info.
Thanks

Mogman!

OHVs didn't use a slinger. Is this machine a Flatty? (or a sportster?)
