left handed threads on tranny mainshaft

I know that the clutch hub nut has left-handed threads. Does the large nut which holds the tranny sprocket to the mainshaft also have left-handed threads?

yes the sprocket lock nut does have a left hand tread.

the clutch hub is left handed thread and the other side (ball bearing side) is right handed thread.
