Well I was going to change my fork oil but seeems the allen screws are stripped out , someone must have used locktite on them cause I can't get anything to move them. Any ideas on how to get em out?

Try an easy out tool. Sometimes a little heat works along with it , not too much heat.
Same thing happened to me, stripped the allen hole.

oldedude.com sells new plugs.

Or you can find the nearest size torx socket and drive it into the old plug and turn it out.Usually works.

Finally got em out with a #5 easyout and a 10mm wrench. Hammered the easy out in then used the box wrench and some muscle till they popped. Man they were in there tight.

THANKS!

Remember not to put them in too tight. They are tapered 1/8 pipe thread plugs. No need to force them in, a little teflon tape or thread sealer (not locker!) and you are good to go.
