Push Rods On Pan

#1

Post by bonham3 » Thu Jun 16, 2005 2:16 am

Hi!
Back again. This is probably a no brainer but???:)
Something i just noticed after a year of adjusting my lifters (solids)
I was cleaning up the PR tubes and Rods and noticed 1 of the rods is
about 3/8" longer than the other three. This is on my 48 61" Pan.
??? Bike ran pretty good all that time and had no trouble setting the
valves. What gives? Normal ???
Thank's

Exactly, the longer one is for the front exhaust, those are probably SS lifters.
