I would like to install a Linkert M51L on my '39 UL but would like to keep the pull throttle, I found that a v-twin kit (snap throttle # 350504 ) is available but only for OHV models from '49 to '65) and I didn't find any topic concerning pull throttle for Flathead Big Twin... any idea..

Just use throttle lever off an ohv linkert and it will pull instead of push, both my flatheads are set up this way.
Throttle linkage can be easily fabricated. No special equipment needed.
