My last post didn't add the pics so here goes again. Sheetmetal is in the body shop, engine is nearly completed I had a valve train clearance issue and had to repair a rocker box. Springer needs to come back off, top clamp won't line up so I gotta align the neck. Exhaust is almost completed, I am still building the clamps. Lots of wok in to it so far, lots more needed.

I wish I, or someone had noticed I broke my front rocker box. I found it after I stabbed the motor. I disassembled the head in the frame, had the rocker box welded up and re-assembled.

I am about a year heavy, two years messing around in to the build now. It'll run now, I am not recovered enough from my crash to start it myself. Damned ready for the road. This is one years progress.

Looking great, however those "fender spears" have nothing to do with OEM parts.

Knuck has been on the road 10 months now, one final post to share the completed project. The 61" EL runs great, M35 Linkert "lightening" cam, and total seal rings it has a 12V system with a points and Blue Streak coil. I used a higher speed Andrews 1st gear, and retained the stock 3rd. Bike will roll along at 65MPH all day, 3rd gear is good in town to 55MPH. The Pan frame and inline springer with the 16"-21" wheel combo is a very nimble set up. Enjoy the pics.

I like your paint scheme. That +14" springer came out of the junk pile behind Reasonable Ron's tire shop where it should have remained.... LOL....
