58 Pan Master cylinder and wheel cylinder

The bike sat for 40 years, moisture got in brake fluid, everything was stuck, got everything freed up, can the bores of the master and wheel cylinder be cleaned up to use rebuild kits or trash them?

If they will clean up they are better parts rebuilt than any of the modern "replacements", it just depends on how bad they are. Kits are available, just make sure you get a MC kit for a drum brake, not a disc as not all the internal parts are the same even though the cylinder casting is.

One spot did not clean up after honing, a rust pit. Can this master cylinder be sleeved?
any recommendations as I am not a machinist ?

Apple Hydraulics out of New York will rebuild the bore for you.

Rebuild with SSteel sleeve.
