Hi what is the finish of two nuts , washer and screw on petcock on top of tan and spacer and fuel outlet on bottom of tank?
What is the plug on bottom of tank behind fuel outlet for?
Any tips to get positive shutoff and know leaks ?

Thanks

And for a positive fuel shut off you could use a peek tip as described here; http://www.ridingvintage.com/2017/01/ca ... stall.html
