New bike

Post by Groove » Sun Sep 16, 2018 5:30 am

Hi there out in harly land ,just got back into bikes, last one was an old 42wla which I returned to civilian trim. It had been chopped, I think as a get something sold project the layout of old flatty didn't lend itself to extended forks etc, Yamaha front disk brake for heaven's sake, I made contact with a guy called Tony bairstow he provided everything I needed to return the old girl. Couldn't wish for a better man! True too his word and helpful. I've now bought myself a 57panhead,its a bit of a bitter. But nicely put together, been converted to 12volts electronic egnition, voltage regulation etc, I'm a bit of a purist but the bike was pretty and the right price, when I get the hang of things here some help identifying the non stock items would be a great help, not bad with flatty's but pans are new to me. Ride safe, groove
