Would anyone have a part number and name of this adapter? Also is seal number 47519-72 correct?
Thanks, jerry

thankyou for those numbers my one parts book shows the flange but no number. This one is off my bike . I was replacing seals and the local shop was unfamiliar with it and seemed to have a hard time finding the seal. He got the wrong ones twice. Now i am on the right track, Thankyou again, jerry

Jerry....
I am using this twisted star hub adapter on my Project 1950 Panhead w/21" wheel. The HD numbers are from my older manual, the V-Twin numbers were cross referenced on their website even though those parts do not seem to be in the V-2 catalog.
BTW: It would be a good idea to get yourself both a Harley parts cat, AND a V-Twin cat too. it can be ordered from V-Twin web site for free and is a priceless source of information even if one may not like their parts.

Any good automotive shop can match the seal. My local NAPA store can generally get any seal in a day. All they need is the old seal or good dimensions.

Will these work on a star hub? I have one I plan to use for a disc brake conversion on 58 FLH. It seems to fit and bolt up ok unless there is something I am not seeing.

used a 10 inch disc and the brake mounting lug on the lower leg had to be moved up an inch or so

1950 Panny with twisted star adapter, aftermarket stainless disc, and J-Brake 4 piston caliper. I'm using a later 5/8 bore master cylinder as it gives better feel than the 3/4" Shovelhead MC I had been using.....

Jerry....
Your catalog is showing -84B as the end number. As these catalogs get newer the MoCo tends to delete older, obsolete parts, information, in other words, they are not complete. The "twisted star" hub adapter is not shown in the cat pictured. However in an older version of the 1941-78 Parts Catalog, PN 99456-78, the hub is shown on page 58 under the title "Disc Brake"
I hope this helps

Thanks again, so I have my book marked for future reference with a number on the picture and part number in the number list. My HD is still new to me and has many year parts that previous owner kept it going with. Continuous learning experience. Hope to have it on the road this year.
Always thankful to those who help
